                     WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 47-2014 established a Residential Parking Permit Program, for the 1100 block of Eldemere Road, between Cooper Drive and Providence Road from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, September through April.

                     WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Council to amend Resolution 47-2014 to include 815 Cooper Drive in the Residential Parking Permit Program for the 1100 Block of Eldemere Road, between Cooper Drive and Providence Road.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That Resolution 47-2014 is amended to include 815 Cooper Drive in the Residential Parking Permit Program for the 1100 block of Eldemere Road, from Cooper Drive to Providence Road from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, September through April. 

                     Section 2 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
