BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, which Grant funds are in the amount of $376,288.00 Federal funds and $109,454.00 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds, are for the Home Network Project, also known as Kentucky Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS), at the Family Care Center, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
