BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the multi-year Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 13-2017), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Wardega Consulting, Inc., to implement a new Federal Tax Information Management System and provide related services, for the Division of Revenue.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $52,000.00 (FY2017), be and hereby is approved for payment to Wardega Consulting, Inc., from account #2606-202601-96202 ($50,000.00), and account #1101-202601-75801 ($2,000.00)(subject to the approval of a pending Budget amendment), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, with future fiscal years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
