BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Professional Services Agreement (effective July 1, 2017), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the law firm of Frost Brown Todd, LLC, acting by and through W. Joseph Scholler, for collective bargaining negotiations with the Division of Fire and Emergency Services.
