BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet/Department for Environmental Protection/Kentucky Division of Water and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $120,000.00 Federal funds, and are for the South Elkhorn Watershed Management Plan.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
