Authorization to execute an Agreement awarding an FY17 Class B (Infrastructure) Stormwater Quality Projects Incentive Grant to Blue Grass Stockyards, LLC. Funds in the amount of $300,000.00 will be used to manage Stormwater runoff quality and quantity in an effort to protect the Royal Spring Aquifer. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding a Class B (Infrastructure) Incentive Grant to Blue Grass Stockyards, LLC, for stormwater quality projects.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $300,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Blue Grass Stockyards, LLC, from account # 4052 - 303204 - 78112, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
