BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Waste Management, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase a three phase electrical service for the Haley Pike Compost Pad, from Clark Energy Electric, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $113,654.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Clark Energy Electric from account #1115-303506-90316.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
