BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $175,000.00 Federal funds, under the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA), and are for development and implementation of the Community Green Dot Program.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
