BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Renewal Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with 911 Datamaster, a sole source provider, for provision of the 911 location records database for the Central Kentucky 911 Network members.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $46,732.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to 911 Datamaster, from account #4204-505602-76102 ($10,181.00), from account #4204-505603-76102 ($4,000.00), and #4205-505602-76102 ($32,551.00) pursuant to the terms of the Renewal Agreement.
