BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 204-2017, pertaining to the bid of Special Electronics, Inc., be and hereby is amended to change the Division requesting the training and equipment to the Division of Police for Grant clarification purposes.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 204-2017 otherwise remains unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
