A Resolution amending Resolution No. 383-2016, which authorized the purchase and installation of dark fiber-optic cable from the Commonwealth of Ky. Finance and Administration Cabinet and the Ky. Communications Network Authority; authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute an Amended Memorandum of Understanding for the purchase and installation of additional dark fiber-optic cable for the Urban County Government, at a cost not to exceed $270,000, with annual maintenance costs and connectivity charges subject to sufficient appropriation of funds in future fiscal years; and authorizing the Urban County Government to Grant a license to use vacant government-owned conduit in exchange for a credit in the amount of $70,320.
