BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to submit a reclassification request for property located at 3625 Leestown Road to the United States General Services Administration to change the property’s approved use from emergency management response services to general public park use.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
