BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Windstream Communications, for a new and redundant Internet Connection to the Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC) for the Lexington Public Safety Network.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $14,885.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Windstream Communications, from account #4204-505602-72202 ($7,442.50) and #4204-505602-72204 ($7,442.50), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
