NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 5-76 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 5-76

Any person making any construction, alteration or repairs of any electrical wiring shall have same inspected by an electrical inspector employed in the div. of building inspection or pursuant to Contract with the Urban County Government as to compliance with all standards established by law, including Ordinances of this government.
