BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 3-2017), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Strand Associates, Inc., to provide design, construction, and resident inspection services for the West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plant Scum Removal Addition and Aerated Sludge Holding Tank Improvements Project, as part of the Remedial Measures Plan required by the Consent Decree, at a cost estimated not to exceed $149,000.00.
