BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Tri-City Painting and Contracting for the Morton House Exterior Repairs Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $19,600.00 from $116,000.00 to $96,400.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
