BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Murphy + Graves Architects, PLLC, for the Emergency Operations Center Renovation Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $115,000.00 from $427,000.00 to $542,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $115,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Murphy + Graves Architects, PLLC, from account #2606-505001-001-91017 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
