BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) price contract MA-785-1700000114), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Strand Associates, Inc., for design services on the turn lanes at the intersection of Manchester Street and South Forbes Road, in coordination with the Town Branch Trail Phase 6 Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $71,418.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from account #3160-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement.
