                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 8, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Olympic Construction, LLC, for the Replacement Fire Station #2 Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $36,113.91 from $4,645,173.92 to $4,681,287.83, and adding ten (10) calendar days to the construction schedule.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
