BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Tri-City Painting and Contracting, for the Morton House Exterior Repairs Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $19,600.00 from $96,400.00 to $116,000.00 and adding ninety (90) calendar days to the construction schedule.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $19,600.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tri-City Painting and Contracting, from account #2606-707201-0001-91012 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
