BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of MSK2, LLC d/b/a MKSK to RFP No. 36-2016 Lexington Corridors Beautification Design Services, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with MSK2, LLC d/b/a MKSK to provide landscape architectural services related to the design of landscaping improvements for the Winchester Road at New Circle Road interchange, at a cost estimated not to exceed $23,670.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $23,670.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to MSK2, LLC d/b/a MKSK, from account # 1101 - 313201 - 71299, pursuant to ...
