BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 575-2016 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment:
John Spotts, Stores Clerk, Grade 508N, $14.625 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That the remaining sections of Resolution No. 575-2016 remain unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective retroactive to September 15, 2016.
