BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 540.030 in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength by and hereby is created to read as follows:
540.025|99|522 524E Clinical Services Supervisor
Section 3 - That the job title of the incumbent, Aaron Dowdell, be and hereby is changed from Program Administrator to Clinical Services Supervisor.
Section 4 - That the incumbent, Aaron Dowdell, be and hereby is transferred from a non-exempt to an exempt position as follows:
Program Administrator, Grade 524N, at $31.496 hourly to Clinical Services Supervisor, Grade 524E, at $2,519.68 biweekly.
Section 5 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on November 28, 2016.
