BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 29-2016), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein with Stantec Architecture, Inc., for the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Facilities Usage Plan for buildings and equipment primarily used by the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works.
