Summary
Authorization to extend one (1) unclassified position of Administrative Specialist Principal (Grade 518E) and three (3) unclassified positions of Administrative Specialist (Grade 513N) for a term of four (4) years beginning November 4, 2016 and ending November 4, 2020 within the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage by Council. The Division of Water Quality is requesting an extension of the terms for four (4) years for each of these positions as a part of the ongoing work related to the new billing procedures for the Sanitary Sewer Fee, the Water Quality Management Fee, and the Landfill Fee. These positions will also provide support to the continued implementation of the new fee collection system. These positions were included in the FY 17 Budget adopted by the Urban County Council.
