BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That TAC Air is established as a sole source provider for the purchase of Jet A Aviation fuel at a discounted price for the Police Helicopter. Funds are Budgeted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
