BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, which Grant funds are in the amount of $50,823.00 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds, under the Victim Assistance Formula Grant, are for the creation of a new bi-lingual victim advocate position, for the Division of Police, the acceptance of which obligates the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of $12,706.00 as a local match.
