BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment:
Jeffrey Carter, Deputy Director of Community Corrections, Grade 526E, $3,782.32 biweekly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective November 14, 2016.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
