NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Downtown Lexington Management District, for space to be used for the storage of solid waste refuse containers and related services, at a cost not to exceed $9,600.00 in FY 2017.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $9,600.00 in FY 2017, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Downtown Lexington Management District, from account #1115-303502-71399 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
