BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Co., for the Roof Replacement - Government Center and Arts Place Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $12,803.00 from $706,136.00 to $718,939.00 and adding eighty-nine (89) calendar days to the work schedule.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum $12,803.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Co. from account #2606-707201-0001-91012 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
