Section 1 - That the bid of Zimmer Tractor, Inc., establishing a price Contract for AWD Articulating Chassis Tractor and Snow Attachments, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
