BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN

COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet relating to the acquisition of right of way for the East Brannon Road Extension Project, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is further authorized to execute a deed and any other documents necessary to transfer a portion of the property located at 200 West Hickman Plant Road in Nicholasville, Kentucky to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the East Brannon Road Extension Project.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
