BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Modifications to Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management, extending the performance period through September 30, 2017 for FY 2013, FY 2014, and FY 2015 Agreements for Federal funds, under the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP), at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
