BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Solid Rock Construction Services, LLC, for the Cardinal Lane Stormwater Improvements Project, Phases 1 and 3, decreasing the contract price by the sum of $10,488.43 from $261,874.24 to $251,385.81.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
