BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to the Memorandum Agreement with the Office of the Attorney General of Kentucky and the Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement with the Hope Center, extending the period of performance through June 30, 2018 for the Hope Center renovation project funded under the National Foreclosure Settlement Funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
