BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Government Communications be and hereby is authorized to procure two (2) digital program switchers from Northeast Projections, Inc., d/b/a NPI Audio Visual Solutions, a sole source provider, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to sign any necessary Agreements related to the above procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $151,340.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Northeast Projections, Inc., d/b/a NPI Audio Visual Solutions, a sole source provider, from account #1101-160301-95805, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
