BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2 (FINAL), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Grant’s Excavating, Inc., for the Blue Sky Pump Station and Force Main Contract 1 Project, decreasing the contract price by the sum of $17,500.00 from $621,005.00 to $603,505.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
