Summary
Authorization to amend the Code of Ordinance section 16-43(7) to reflect new sanitary sewer local limit standards as approved by the Kentucky Division of Water. Public comment and participation in the development of the new limits was facilitated by the Cabinet. The revised local limits impose no increase in cost for LFUCG. (L0921-16) (Martin/Hoskins-Squier)

Section 1 - That Section 16-43(7) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

(7) Any water or wastes containing the following chemical constituents and/or similar objectionable or toxic substances that exceed the following limits:
