BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Consent Agreement and Final Order with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, be and hereby is approved, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Consent Agreement and Final Order, at a cost not to exceed $16,800.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $16,800.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, from account # 4002 - 303401 - 78321, pursuant to the terms of the Consent Agreement and Final Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
