BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Deaf Link, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the Accessible Hazard Alert System, and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Deaf Link, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $33,750.00 for FY 2017, be and hereby is approved for payment to Deaf Link, Inc., from account #3200-505204-96202, for the above services.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
