BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Certificates of Consideration and any other necessary documents, and to accept deeds for properties located at 134, 135, and 137 Elam Park for the Elam Park Stormwater Priority Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $525,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, all from account # 4052-303204-3334-92211 at the time of closing.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
