BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the responses of Bluegrass Valuation Group, LLC, and Paul Moore Appraisal Services, LLC, to provide appraisal services for the Agricultural Land Easement Program pursuant to RFP No. 17-2016 be and hereby are accepted and price contracts are established; and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any additional necessary agreements with the listed vendors related to the RFP.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
