BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Contract Modification No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with CDP Engineers, for project management, negotiations, acquisitions, appraisal and review services for the Right of Way Phase of the Clays Mill Road Project, Section 1.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $241,814.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to CDP Engineers, from account #3160-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of the Contract Modification.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
