BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with Kentucky American Water Company relating to the transfer of utility easements on the property located at 200 West Hickman Plant Road, Nicholasville, Kentucky, for relocation of a water transmission main, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute a deed and any other documents necessary to transfer the easements.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
