BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to procure services for the installation of  3M safety and security film for the Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC) from Glare Control, Inc., a sole source provider.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $26,226.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Glare Control, Inc., from account # 3200 - 505201 - 71299, pursuant to the terms of the Proposal.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
